Translators and clients on our website resolve all issues related to order fulfillment and payment directly with each other! We give translators and clients a platform to find each other and communicate.
The service is paid by the translators. There is no need to pay a commission for each order. The subscription price is fixed and very low. The cost does not depend on the number of orders that the translator received through our site.
Access for translators is completely free during the project launch period.
Create an ad in the correct section and provide the correct parameters so that the correct translators know about your task.
If you need a translator who is a native English speaker, then create an advertisement in English in the section “English > Find a translator”. Select the languages that are included in the translation in the ad settings.
If you need a translator who is a native speaker of the language being translated, then you should create an ad in a section of that language and make the ad text in that language. You can use free “Google translator” to translate the text of your order to the target language.
For example, you need a native English speaker. Go to the “English > Find a translator” section and create an advertisement in English there. In the ad options, select “Native English speaker” and select languages of the translation (an original language and a target language).
Follow the prompts to compose a detailed announcement. This will allow translators to understand the essence of the task and more accurately estimate the cost, terms and other parameters of the order even before the first contact with you.
You can hide the translators’ responses. In this case, the translators will not see each other’s answers, and you will get unique price offers.
Do not publish your contacts publicly! Beware of scammers, because the history of communication with them and their activity are not saved on our site.
Translators registered on the site will respond to your ad and you will be able to see their contacts. You decide when and with whom you will contact.
You will receive answers from translators under your ad or in a personal message. You will be notified on the site about every reply or message.
Open the profile to view reviews and find out about the translator’s professional activity on our website in the form of answers in the “How to say?” section and participating in discussions.
You can continue communication through private messages with the translators that interest you. Remember that you solve all questions with translators yourself. Translators are responsible for the quality of the translation they provide.
Activate the “Issue resolved” status at the bottom of the answer to no longer receive suggestions from other translators. This will improve the statistics of your translator, and the status of your ad will be changed to “Closed”.
You can cancel the “Issue resolved” status, or create a new ad if you need another translator after a while.
It is important to leave feedback to the translator after completing the order. Open the profile of the translator you worked with. Next, open the translator’s page, which is dedicated to the language of the order. You can leave your comment and rating at the bottom of this page.
To avoid fake reviews, each review must include a link to the client’s original ad, which contains the answer from this translator with the “Issue resolved” status.
A user account is created during registration. You can only create 1 account on our website. You can use it as a student or teacher at the same time.
After completing the registration, you need to go to your account settings and perform the following actions:
Upload your close-up photo (under “Account > Avatar”). Professional translators are more likely to respond to ads created by real people rather than impersonal users.
Enter your full name (under “Account > Name”)
Enter your time zone (under “Profile > Time Zone”)
Check your account settings and make changes if necessary.
We recommend that you set up the forwarding of notifications in Telegram. Go to your account settings under “Profile > Telegram Notifications”.
- Send a message to the bot http://telegram.me/Natives_Chat_Bot. You will receive a reply with the numeric number of your chat.
- Copy this number and paste it into the Telegram notification field.
You will now receive notifications of new messages and responses. You can reply to messages via Telegram. Your responses and likes will be immediately published on the site.
You can place any of your contact information (phone numbers, email, links to pages in social networks) in your account (Settings > Profile > About me). Any user will be able to see your contacts in your account.
You are not allowed to specify contacts in personal messages, ads, responses to ads, or blog articles.

You can disable message notifications from a specific user if you don’t want to receive messages from this person. Video instruction:
Violators will not know who complained about them. Each post is carefully reviewed by the moderators.
